By browsing the GOAT site, creating or using an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Orders are confirmed when accepted by GOAT. Prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All online payments are processed securely by Square. GOAT does not store your full card number, card security code, or payment card details on our systems.

Pickup times are selected at checkout and are subject to availability. To request a change to your pickup time, you must notify GOAT before your order begins preparation. You can check your account dashboard for the current order status. Changes requested after preparation has started may not be possible.

Delivery is available only within the areas and times shown in the current delivery schedule. Delivery windows may vary by up to 30 minutes before or after the selected time because of traffic, weather, operational capacity, or other conditions outside our control. Further details are set out in our Order Policies.

Refunds are handled according to our Order Policies. For a late change or missed pickup, 75% of the order value is non-refundable, and any approved refund is limited to the remaining 25%.

Our drinks and food are prepared in an environment that may handle common allergens, and toppings or ingredients may be prepared or stored using shared equipment or containers. Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. We will take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
