We collect the information you provide when you place or manage an order, including your name, phone number, email address, pickup or delivery address, order details, saved drinks, saved delivery details, and related account preferences.

We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes connected to your order and account: processing orders, confirming pickup or delivery times, providing order tracking and saved-drink features, sending service messages, responding to support requests, and improving the reliability of our service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their advertising purposes, and we do not send promotional messages unless you have chosen to receive them.

Privacy and security are core to how GOAT is built. Customer sign-in uses a one-time password sent to your email or phone, so we do not store a customer account password for you. Payment information is handled securely by Square during checkout. GOAT does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or payment card details on our own systems. Access to order and account information is limited to authorized team members who need it to operate the service.

You can view and update your account details and saved address from your account dashboard. You may also contact us to request correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we are required to keep for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
